Our Team
Booster’s journey began in 2012 with the foundation of Paris Agrotech in Shendra MIDC, introducing pure and reliable plant growth regulators. In 2014, Booster Plant Genetics was established along with a 9-acre research facility at Georai Bazar, setting the base for focused crop-wise research. By 2015, the company expanded into advanced WSF and pesticide formulations and began farmer training and grower development. In 2016, Booster strengthened its presence across Marathwada, Khandesh, and West Maharashtra through multi-location trials. A major breakthrough came in 2017 with the release of Booster’s first Soybean Notified Seed, earning strong farmer trust. The year 2020 marked expansion into MP, Telangana, and Chhattisgarh, along with DSIR recognition for the R&D facility. Booster also launched its YouTube platform to continue farmer education during COVID-19. In 2021, seven years of research were showcased through Field Day, and key paddy varieties like Mahasena and Dashrath were introduced. By 2022, Booster completed a decade of progress, adopting new technologies and developing bacterial-based products. Between 2023 and 2025, Booster scaled its infrastructure to over 95 acres of R&D land, expanded storage and processing capacity, and established advanced biotech and seed-quality labs. Today, Booster stands as a trusted agricultural partner built on research, innovation, and a strong connection with farming communities
